Dinting Cricket club based in the High Peak was looking to grow and strengthen the club, by developing the variety of activities on offer at the facility based in the heart of the community as well as adding new junior and adult teams. The build my bid team were commissioned to write a new club development plan as well as identifying and securing funding to extend and reconfigure the club house in order to house the new teams and new sports including dance, fitness and table tennis. Build my bids methodical approach to securing grant funding ensured that need for the project was clearly articulated to the funder alongside clear evidence of community support and involvement in the future of the project ensuring that the new club house would provide a much needed community resource that would help people to become and stay physically active.
