Build My Bid were commissioned by TUF*C to develop their overall governance and strategic direction, in order to put the organisation in an improved position to attract grant funding. Build my Bid conducted a range of workshops and discovery sessions to pin down the organisations key drivers and developmental aspirations. They now have a clear strategic focus alongside detailed development and fundraising plans.
